Hennessy Hammock SnakeSkins

SnakeSkins are Hennessy Hammock’s instant stuff‑sack system, designed to collapse your entire shelter in about 30 seconds. With SnakeSkins, your hammock never touches the ground — it stays clean, dry, and protected while packing up or setting up camp.

Each pair consists of two tapering silnylon tubes that slide over your hammock and rainfly, gathering everything neatly along the suspension ropes. This makes setup and takedown fast, simple, and mess‑free. SnakeSkins work with all Hennessy Hammock models, and are especially useful in wet or muddy conditions.

How to Use

Dry Conditions

• Thread the hammock ropes through the SnakeSkins from the large end
• Pack both the hammock and rainfly together inside the SnakeSkins
• Clip the rainfly’s “O”‑ring to the large hook of the sliding fly tensioner

Wet Conditions / Rainy Nights

• Thread the rainfly guy lines through the SnakeSkins from the large end
• Pack only the rainfly into the SnakeSkins
• Set up the rainfly first to keep the hammock dry underneath
• When breaking camp, pack the hammock first, then roll the rainfly and pull the SnakeSkins over it
• Coil the SnakeSkins and attach them to the outside of your pack
